I have one Windows 10 PC with Viscosity that isn't able to import a connection from our OpenVPN server. The error, whether using a FQDN or IP: "Connection Failed. The remote server could not be contacted. Please make sure you have entered a valid server address and try again." However, we can connect to the OpenVPN server via a web browser.
Alternatively, on this one PC I can import connections settings from a file, but I can't import from the server. Once I have the connection settings Viscosity works fine.
I reinstalled Windows 10 from scratch just to make sure the issue isn't related to the Windows instance. We also have a number of devices with the same hardware, so the hardware is probably not the issue either.
Don't have this issue with any other computer or laptop, just this one.
Any thoughts on what the issue could be or how to troubleshoot?

Viscosity will display such an error if it can't contact the server's API at all, or if it returns an invalid status code. Your best bet is to check the web logs on the server and see whether the import request is reaching the server at all. If it is, check what status code is being return and whether there are any errors or warnings.
Besides that, check that you're using the latest version of Viscosity, and that there is no software installed that could be blocking or filtering access to the import API. In particular, as it's only occurring for this one computer I'd recommend checking for anything specific on the network it's using (such as using a filtering proxy, a transparent proxy on the router, a UTM device performing filtering/blocking, etc.).
