Unable to understand what's needed

Apologies; I'm not technical, so although I've tried getting help reading the forums here and checking again the online help, I still can't see what details aI need to put where in the client.
I currently have a VPN setup under Network/VPN and I just need to know where I can setup the same thing (I'm told it's an L2TP VPN) as attached. I've tried the various options in the client as I just seem to need to put in a login name/password to get this woking as it does via the Mac but they all seem to need a file or something?
Can anyone assist please. Thanks

Hi chrisbulow,
Viscosity supports the OpenVPN protocol, I'm afraid it does not support the L2TP protocol. For more information please see:
