I'm using Viscosity on Mac and it works fine. Wanted to use it here on Windows too, but I have a strange effect - Viscosity connects, but nothing is routed correctly, network reports to be in "no access" status.

On Windows 8 it all works just fine.

Hi orcinusxhr,

Could you please post a copy of your OpenVPN log and your routing table once connected and we can take a look. Please ensure you are also using the latest version of Viscosity (1.5.8 at the time of posting). Please also ensure you are using the latest release of Windows 10 (10240 at the time of posting).

To get your routing table:
Go to search, type cmd and press enter
Type 'route print' without quotes and press Enter.

Regards,
Eric

Hello

I have the same problem. Cannot connect to any of my VPN Servers with Viscosity 1.5.8 running on Windows 10 (10240). On the previous Windows 10 builds I had no problems.

Judging by the fact that on Ubuntu 15.04 I had to use resolvconf to fix DNS for VPN, I presume the same applies to Windows 10 now.

https://github.com/masterkorp/openvpn-u ... esolv-conf

However, I have no idea how to do it on Windows :)

Hi PatrickStar,

Could you please post or email us the details request in the second post and we can help you troubleshoot.

orcinusxhr,

OpenVPN and Viscosity do all DNS setup, so this will not be related to resolvconf. We have also experienced no problems in our internal testing on the latest Windows 10 build.

Have you installed a clean 10240 build for the lab machine?

Hi orcinusxhr,

We test on both a machine that has had incremental updates and we test each fresh release to the slow ring as a new install. 10240 has been tested in both ways.
