Hi
I use programs like DropBox and Carbonite that generate a fair amount of traffic that I don't need to send through the VPN because they are already encrypted and I don't want to overload the VPN.
In the "Networking" tab of "Edit Connection" I noticed that there is a section called "Routing" but I haven't found anything on it in the FAQ. Maybe I didn't use the right keywords, but I did try to RTFM
What do I have to do to ensure that only traffic going to the following IP addresses is sent via my normal gateway 192.10.200.250, but the rest of the traffic goes via the VPN connection (SwissVPN)
Dropbox: 108.160.162.113, 199.47.217.177 and 184.73.211.238
Carbonite: 38.97.75.94
Should I include class C subnets for each of these addresses to make sure?

Hi Donn,
When you add a new route, you need to enter the IP as the ip, the Mask as 255.255.255.255 and select "Local Network Gateway" as the Gateway, you can leave Metric blank. You will need to do this for each IP you want to route through your local connections.
Regards,
Eric
