64-bit Viscosity Mac OS X application?
Suggestions/comments/criticisms are welcome here
Hi zexpe,
It would be quite easy for us to compile Viscosity as a 64-bit app, however unfortunately doing so would break Mac OS 10.5 compatibly. For the time being we are sticking with 32-bit for this reason (OpenVPN itself is 32-bit anyway). There also would be little to no performance improvement: Viscosity sits on 0% CPU usage most of the time anyway.
Cheers,
James
