After enabling the WSL in Windows 10, this error appears evertime I try to login to Viscosity. Also the performance slowed down as well. I have to create another VPN profile for this to work. Please advise.
Hi bluepheonix71,
Please go to (Right click Start button) Device Manager -> Network adapters. Right click any Viscosity and Unknown adapters and select Uninstall. If the option is present, tick "Delete the driver software for this device".
Next, cold boot your computer. To do this, shut down, then power back up (don't just restart).
Finally, in Viscosity, go to Preferences -> Advanced, and if available, set the Adapter Type to Viscosity Virtual Adapter.
After all this, please try connecting again.
Regards,
Eric
