I've had a few random shutdowns recently. I haven't witnessed one but a few times I've come back to the computer and it's been powered off.

I was just trawling through the Event Log after powering it back on just now and I spotted an event from Windows Error Reporting with the following entry which makes me thing it's Viscosity related.
Fault bucket 0x10D_5_ViscTunTap!unknown_function, type 0
Event Name: BlueScreen
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 9aceb4a4-58c3-43af-b834-a969354e3982

I have the minidump (3MB) and memory.dmp (4GB)if support would like to analyse them.

Hi Greg,

A bluescreen shouldn't be causing a shutdown unless you have that option specifically selected in Windows, which most likely means the bluescreen is causing the driver to crash rather than the driver causing the bluescreen, however we would like to take a look anyway. Please email us the minidump and we'll have a look through it and if we see a need to have a look at the memory dump we'll arrange somewhere to upload it down the line - https://sparklabs.com/support/#contact

Could you also include your OS version, whether Viscosity was connected at the time and an output of your sysinfo would also be highly appreciated (Windows+R -> msinfo -> File->Save).

Thanks for the report.

Regards,
Eric
