Hello,
I am moving our server to a new one and i realized the Viscosity on old server has three routes under the networking tab.
One of them has the 24 value under the mask field.
I entered the value 24 in the Mask/Bits space in the new Viscosity on new server, but when i add the route, i see 255.255.255.255 value under the mask field, the 24 i entered is replaced with that.
Is there any way, i can have 24 under the mask field just as it on old server ?

Hi Adeola,

Masks are required to be in subnet form. Regardless of whether you are connecting to an old or new server, the route only effects the client. Your existing routes with CIDR notation will most likely be ignored and never be set currently, you can check this by taking a look at the log for errors or warnings - https://sparklabs.com/support/kb/articl ... envpn-log/
