State changed to connected

After connection is completed the error "State changed to Connected", "Connection Reset, restarting and the the connection goes into an infinite loop. I know this is setting relating to Windows 10 laptop. Any ideas?

Hi vmakdag,
If you are seeing something like the following in our log:
Connection reset, restarting [0]
SIGUSR1[soft,connection-reset] received, process restarting
This means that the remote server is terminating the connection. You will need to contact your VPN Provider for assistance with this - https://sparklabs.com/support/kb/article/how-do-i-find-out-who-my-vpn-provider-is/
