When I'm about to install. Viscosity would ask you if you want to download the latest beta. I said yes. After downloading, it would ask you to intall. I said yes. Then that error happens. Installation is then aborted byy the system

Hi mark143,

This means that your %temp% directory does not have execute rights, I'm afraid you will not be able to install the update in this way. If you navigate to C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Viscosity, you should find the installer here. Move this to another directory where you can execute files then try to run the update this way.
