Hi I'm a new user, just bought Viscosity, I've installed the software and imported all my Hidemyass vpn list from HMA website. When I connect I cannot browse website or use Skype or other app. After 1 minute the VPN disconnect and reconnect automatically. Can someone help me to find a solution?

Thanks

Hi cybermaster69,

Thanks for posting your log.

Judging by your description and messages, no network traffic at all is passing through the VPN connection. This likely means one of three things: a compression setting mismatch between the server and client, a MTU issue, or a router or the server itself is dropping the connection.

I recommend getting in touch with your VPN Service Provider in the first instances. They should be able to check their server-side logs for you and confirm that your connection isn't being dropped, and that you're using their latest configuration files. They should also be able to help you adjust the MTU value in your configuration files if required.

Otherwise I recommend editing your connection in Viscosity and try adjusting the "Compression" option (under the "Options" tab to different values and try connecting and see if that resolves the issue.

Finally, I also recommend trying the suggestions at:
