Hi xiong,

Please ensure that you're using the latest version of Viscosity from our website. Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Viscosity (ensure you have a backup of your VPN connections first) is also a good idea.

TCC errors indicate Gatekeeper errors, which typically means the code signing on Viscosity may have become invalid (i.e. something has modified Viscosity, breaking its code signature), or something is wrong with the Gatekeeper system on that computer (try updating macOS).
