Hi remoter, I'm afraid your network administrator is the person who needs to provide these to you. If you were given a connection to import, make sure the option "Keep original certificate/key names on import" is unticked in Advanced Options and try to import your connection again. Regards...

Hi allroy, If you connect to your VPN, is traffic going through the tunnel? If not, try dropping the route-gateway command. You only need one or the other. A 0/1 route is essentially the equivalent of a default gateway, it is where traffic goes by default. If you open a command prompt and enter the ...

Hi Pierre, In short, no, there is no way to have Viscosity connect before a user has logged in. Viscosity is a user based VPN application, it was never designed to be used in a server context. There have been a few requests of late just like yours to enable Viscosity to connect before login, and we ...

Hi allroy, Unless you push a default gateway from the server yourself, OpenVPN doesn't set one. It is recommended you do the following instead push "redirect-gateway def1" This will set a 0/1 route for the VPN connection which will replace your default route and push all traffic over the V...

Hi Curious, This is happening because all traffic to your OpenVPN server still needs to go via the public web. OpenVPN can't send OpenVPN traffic through it's own tunnel (if that makes sense), a route will be in place to send the encrypted traffic via the public web and because your website will be ...

Hi Curious,
When you say it won't tunnel the connection, are you saying the traffic is going via the public web or the page on the same server as your OpenVPN server doesn't load at all?
Regards,
Eric

Hi Ryan,
We were hoping to have 1.4 out by now but we've had a few setbacks which has delayed it's release. If the bug is being disruptive, please shoot us an email and we can try to get a custom build to you that hopefully solves the issue.
Regards,
Eric
