Hi matsimoto, It looks likely to be a bug in Sonoma, but it could also be an OpenSC issue. You can find some information over at: https://github.com/OpenSC/OpenSC/issues/2887 https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/732091 Sadly it sounds likely you'll need to wait for an updated version of Sonoma ...

Hi andreas.malik, I recommend using the Viscosity menu to connect/disconnect VPN connections: you can click on a connection to connect it, and click on it again to disconnect it. It'll expand (up to the full height on the display) as needed. Viscosity's Settings window isn't really designed for conn...

Hi Hans, I recommend trying with the latest version (currently 1.10.8), as I do recall that a fix or change was made in relation to executing OpenVPN style scripts. The example script was also updated last month to reflect that macOS no longer ships with Python 2: if you're still using an older vers...

Hi rmarlan, Aaron wasn't referring to the "Enable IPv6" checkbox, but rather the "Protocol" drop-down menu. You'll notice it has options like "UDP", "UDPv4", "UDPv6" etc. with the v4 and v6 options reflecting the IP version to use. https://www.sparkl...

Hi Oleksii, You can't specify the username and password on the command line, however you can specify them in a Before Connect script. For more information please see: https://www.sparklabs.com/support/kb/article/running-applescripts-when-connected-disconnected/#setting-pre-connection-credentials If ...

Hi chorn, Are you still unable to connect? We've just tried connecting to a couple of OpenVPN Cloud/CloudConnexa instances with Viscosity and we were able to connect without issue. It's possible they may have a temporary bug with their client identifier/version parsing, causing client connections to...

Glad to hear.

A verb level of 3 is recommended for production use, and 5+ for debugging. Debug log levels can affect VPN connection performance (especially those higher levels that log every send/receive), so we generally don't recommend their use outside of troubleshooting an issue.

Cheers,

Hi Christian, Can you please post a copy of the details listed in the following article. This will allow us to see what options are being pushed by the server for your connection attempt, and whether there are any local settings that could affect them as well. https://www.sparklabs.com/support/kb/ar...

Hi illusionrelief, A quick fix in this instance will be to change the protocol from "UDP" or "TCP" to "UDP v4" or "TCP v4". This will force the use of IPv4 in both instances. Viscosity will cache remote IPs, however these should be reset when the connection en...
