Invoice Payments Via Check or Bank Transfer

We require that all invoices be paid via Credit Card or PayPal using our invoice payment page, however we understand that in some rare cases this may not be possible. In these instances we support payments via check (cheque) and bank transfer. Before making a check or bank transfer payment please seek approval from us so we can ensure it is processed correctly and on time.

Check Payments

Check payments from international sources (non-Australian banks) attract a $20 processing fee, and so we're forced to pass this along. Please add this to the total amount the check is made out for. Checks without the $20 processing fee added will not be honored. All checks should be in USD.

Please allow adequate time for postage (2-3 days within Australia, 1-2 weeks internationally).

Bank Transfer Payments

Contact your Bank to make a Bank Transfer (for Australian residents) or an International Money or Telegraphic Transfer (for international residents). Like check payments, a $20 processing fee is applied for payments made from international (non-Australian) banks, which we must pass along. Please add this $20 processing fee to the total transfer amount. Payments without the processing fee will not be honored. All transfers should be in USD.
