unable to authenticate connection

Hello,

I have two computers with Viscosity. One works, the other connects but now fails to authenticate. Attached is the log from the troubled computer:

Hi Flagonslayer,

Most VPN Providers only allow you to connect to one server, or with one device at a time. You will need to contact your VPN Provider for more information and assistance with this - https://sparklabs.com/support/kb/articl ... ovider-is/
