Access local printer

My local office ip 10.X.X.X has a printer connected to the nework at 10.X.X.118 if I turn off the VPN and I am seen as 10.X.X.X I can see the printer but when I am on the VPN which I need to be, I can't see the printer.

How do I setup a exception in settings?
