Hello,

I haven't been able to install the windows beta since version 13 because Norton AV thinks the service is a trojan.

How do I report this issue?

Thanks

Hi tanoanian,

You can report the false positive detection to Norton/Symantec:
https://submit.symantec.com/false_positive/

Most AntiVirus packages also allow you to whitelist software, in this case Viscosity, to prevent it from being falsely flagged. You'll need to review your AntiVirus software's documentation, or get in touch with their support staff, for more information on how to do this.

Cheers,
James
