Network Limited after VPN disconnect with Windows 8.1
Got a problem with Viscosity or need help? Ask here!
Hello, I have Viscosity installed on Windows 8.1 Pro. When I connect to my VPN the network work correctly but when I disconnect from VPN my network change in Limited Access.
The only way to make the networking online again is to reboot.
The Windows 8.1 is installed on a MacBook Pro (2010) on a fresh Windows 8.1 installation.
Please have you a fix for this?
Thank you
Enrico

Hi Enrico,
We will need some more information to see what is going on. Can you please send us the following information:
Your route table before connecting, after connecting, and after disconnecting (when the problem occurs)
Your ipconfig -all printout before connecting, after connecting and after disconnecting (when the problem occurs)
To get your route table:
Go to start, type 'cmd' without quotes, and open up Command Prompt.
Type 'route print' without quotes and press enter.
To get your ipconfig -all printout:
Go to start, type 'cmd' without quotes and open up Command Prompt
Type 'ipconfig -all' without quotes and press enter
To take a copy of this information, click the top left corner of the command prompt window, go to edit and select mark. Select all the text and then press Enter to copy.
If you could also send us a copy of your connection config as exported from Viscosity that would help a lot.
You are welcome to post this here, or if you wish to keep it private, email us at https://www.sparklabs.com/support/#contact
Regards,
Eric
