Sync connections between multiple computers
Suggestions/comments/criticisms are welcome here
I have an iMac in the office but also use a Macbook when on the road. Have Viscosity installed on both computers, and most things that I need sync, but changes/updates to Viscosity connections don't.
It would be nice if it was just a matter of syncing the ~/Library/Application Support/Viscosity folder but it's not quite that simple.
Any chance that some method to accomplish this could be added? Either we could sync using iCloud, or if I have to sync a config folder that works too, but currently doesn't seem like that works.

Hi artooro,
Thanks for the constructive feedback - much appreciated. We'll take it on board.
In the meantime, you could manually sync both Viscosity's Application Support folder as well as its Preferences file (they both need to be in sync to work correctly), however unfortunately it is still necessary to restart Viscosity it get it to see the changes.
Cheers,
James

Hey James, any chance this is coming yet. It's been 2 years, would be really neat if Viscosity would sync using iCloud.

Hi artooro,
I'm afraid there is nothing we can publicly report at this stage - we do have a lot of new features in the works though
