I had Tunnelblick, and I installed Viscosity. Viscosity worked right away, but I noticed that my AIM connection and other connections outside the network I was connecting to failed. If I disconnect via Viscosity and connect Tunnelblick, I don't have that problem. Does anyone have suggestions of where to look? Thanks!

Hi schalliol,

You may like to compare the config file Viscosity is using to the version Tunnelblick is using to see if there are any differences. You can find Viscosity's config file for your connection at:
Your Home Directory->Library->Application Support->Viscosity->OpenVPN->#->config.conf

Typically you'll either have a DNS or routing problem on your hands. You may like to try disabling DNS support for your connection (Edit->General->Untick Enable DNS Support) and see if that helps. If it is a routing issue you may like to check that the routes are correctly configured (comparing the Tunnelblick and Viscosity config files should be enough). If you are still stuck you may like to run through the general troubleshooting tips at:
