I would rather post to the forum because I do like to share my experience and eventually to help (or get help from) other customers. Sometimes that best solutions do come from other users :)

The big question is if you do actively monitor your support forum? Do we also have to raise support ticket and link it to the support forum or we just have to wait to get a response.

I am asking this because (sadly) some companies do mostly ignore their forums and unless you raise a support ticket you may be waiting forever to get support on the forum.

Hi sbarnea,

Support priority is given to email support requests from licensed users. However we do actively monitor the forum and reply to posts. You should be able to have a scroll through existing topics to get an idea of our reply times.

Cheers,
James
