Hello. So i did what u said about AV settings. Bit AV is not a problem. So I logged handles to file RevertConfig.txt with program Procmon when i had another error in windows events journal. Hello. I am using Bitdefender Total Security 2017. It has firewall, which has next settings. It only allows to connect to some IP addresses of my VPN provider.
