Hi lifenxu,

Your VPN supplier should have provided you with a username and password to go with the connection. You will need to contact them for your username and password for the connection.

Hi Michael, LZ4-v2 is still considered experimental so the Viscosity editor doesn't support it at this time. Compression in general with OpenVPN isn't recommended - https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/wiki/VORACLE If you'd like to use it still, set Compression to Off in Viscosity, from here you ha...

Hi NanoG6, It sounds like Microsoft Services may be being blocked, or the public IP address has been blacklisted by Microsoft services. I recommend you contact your VPN Provider for assistance with this. https://sparklabs.com/support/kb/article/how-do-i-find-out-who-my-vpn-provider-is/ Regards, Eric

Hi pq,

This certainly wasn't intended, it looks like we had a regression issue when we fixed a related bug. We'll get a beta up shortly with the title restored as per the previous version - https://sparklabs.com/support/kb/article/using-viscosity-beta-versions/

Hi carvo78, There is nothing in the logs that suggest instability, though there are a few things that should be addressed. Hi asalcedom,

Edit your connection and go to the Advanced tab, there delete the line starting with 'tmp-dir' and save your connection. You should have no need for the tmp-dir command.
